Virtualized Grid is not rendering properly with VirtualMaskRow featrue and 100% height

Masked row is shown necessarily in Grid when it is enabled with 100% Grid height.

Note: need to ensure the same feature in both rowrrendering mode (vertical and horizontal) of AdaptiveUI feature


Replication procedure: 


1. run the sample.
in normal mode (ie.) desktop. masked row will be shown at the top.
in adaptive mobile mode, (vertical mode), all rows will be displayed as masked rows.
