Validation message displayed in wrong position while using template column

1. Run the sample

2. To reproduce in the demo app click the Add Child record with Parameters button.


3) I add a row with parameters


4) In action complete refresh gets fired twice, on the 2nd fire of refresh I select the row and call beginedit.


5) On begin edit I call endedit.


6) Validation message thrown in wrong position

Note:- Shown in proper position when we click addrecord with no parameters button and this issue not replicates in Grid
