Alternate shape OnAction property value is not set properly while opening Excel document

In the Excel document, the OnAction value for a shape is set using alternate content. While opening the Excel document in XlsIO, the alternate content OnAction value is skipped. Because of that, the OnAction value is empty while getting the value of that property. This needs to be fixed.
