Provide Localization support to create signature label

Thanks for your response. We included the new File in our project but there are still texts, that were not translated or not included in the Resource-File. For Example the new Text AddStickyNote or InkEraser. Is there a newer File than the one you send me in German? Or can you create a new one for the newest Version of the PDF Viewer (Version 19.2.0.55)?
