Missing features relative to the Xamarin version

Quick test on the preview version and here is the list of missing features:

- FastLineSeries (or equivalent performance of the Xamarin version). This is absolutely necessary. Must be able to display at least 2000 points with almost realtime refresh (pan/zoom also). The current LineSeries is unusable.
- Windows support (WinUI 3). This is a must because we use MAUI for multi platform support.
- Annotations. Absolutely necessary for customization of the chart. At least all the same one available in the Xamarin version.
- Axis display range and notifications when it changes. Really important for customization.
- Support Touch events (like Xamarin of similar). OnTouchDown, OnTouchMove, OnTouchUp. Really important for customization.

To resume, the MAUI version should be on par with the Xamarin one. The list above are the most important features.
