Effective username authentication support for OLAP

We can render pivot table with OLAP cube using following authentication modes.

  • Windows

  • Basic

But currently we don't have support to use EffectiveUserName while using OLAP with authentication. So, we need to provide support to accept "EffectiveUserName" while using OLAP with authentication to render the pivot table.
