WPF Licensing key does not work in Visual Studio 2022

Opening a XAML file including Syncfusion components triggers an error that licence key not found even if the actual key is inside App.xaml.cs


Error: "This application was built using a trial version of Syncfusion Essential Studio....."

Even 
Essential Studio is not installed, just using NuGet package.


In VS 2019 everything is working as expected.
