Splitter resize of the panes not working properly after the first time

Splitter resize of the panes is not working properly after the first time, and when all the resizing events are bound in the splitter.


Replication Procedure:

  1. Resize the centre splitter to right most
  2. Without releasing the mouse, again mouse down and move to the left (target text area) very quick.
  3. Now release the mouse.
  4. The focus is not to release and you can still resize the splitter.
