NRE occurs while adding RibbonBar to QAT when the RibbonItems are populated from code behind

When the Ribbon items like RibbonTab, RibbonBar and RibbonButton are populated from code behind and using Ribbon ItemSource. And then while adding the ribbon bars to QAT the NRE crash occurs.

Note: When the RibbonTab, RibbonBar are populated from XAML this NRE does not occur when items added to QAT
