Requested WinUI Control: Sankey chart

SANKEY CHARTS SHOW DATA TRANSITIONS ACROSS TIME
Whereas a pie chart shows data % at a moment in time, the Sankey visualization can show complex transitions of multiple subgroups over time (or any 3rd dimension).
Examples:
How vaccinated vs unvaccinated go on to get a boosters, remain healthy, get diseased, get re-infected, or die, and how quickly this all occurs.
How students homeschooled vs public schooled go on to get higher education, trade school, get a job, get a raise retire.
How new memories transition from STM-> ITM -> LTM -> PSM and in each group % of memories that are forgotten.
