SfGrid.Refresh is Not Asynchronous (but should be)

I am looking at SfGrid.Refresh and it appears to utilize asynchronous methods, but it itself is not asynchronous:

This can lead to thread deadlocking and/or thread starvation.  As it does not actually Wait on the GetWaiter, I think it's OK?  But maybe not. :)  Please consider making this fully asynchronous so we can call this method in confidence.  Thank you for any consideration you can provide!
