PageSizes={"All"} do not work properly when SyncfusionLocalizer is started

Project type: Blazor Webassembly

Program.cs Main include following line of code:

            builder.Services.AddSingleton(typeof(ISyncfusionStringLocalizer), typeof(SyncfusionLocalizer));

            CultureInfo.DefaultThreadCurrentCulture = new CultureInfo("de-DE");

            CultureInfo.DefaultThreadCurrentUICulture = new CultureInfo("de-DE");

Resources are set and work as expected.

GridPageSettings.PageSizes is set to  new object[] { "All", 5, 10, 15, 20 }



Attached code do not show All phrase in German, and it is not functioning correctly:

When 

SyncfusionLocalizer is removed, everyting is OK.
