PDF generator duplicates image data on iOS 15

When generating a PDF using the attached code, we notice that the first image is correctly inserted but the images after the first are printed with the wrong image data.

This specifically occurs on iOS 15 (e.g. iOS 14.5 and Android are unaffected at the moment) using both a physical device as well as the official iOS emulator from Xcode.
