Improvement for data validation feature with suggestion popup

Need to provide a validation popup like when we enter a value and apply data validation, when the cell value is not meet the validation rule user need a warning message to show as in the below image.


For example: if user enters a date in the format dd-mm-yyyy but the editor expects mm-dd-yyyy there is no way to override it.
