Workbook Corruption when using ExcelParseOptions.ParseWorksheetsOnDemand

I've now encountered several scenarios where a workbook opened with the option of ExcelParseOptions.ParseWorksheetsOnDemand gets corrupted when saved. 

The latest scenario causing this is when doing: 

source_sheet.UsedRange.AutofitColumns()
But I've encountered similar problems in other scenarios. 

I decided to remove that option everywhere I had used it before. I hope you can identify the root cause and fix it.
