Re-order tabs not stable in multirow mode

Customer reported below queries in blazor Tab while re-order:

  • After drag-drop when I add a new tab the order of the new tab is not correct at all

  • I just can drag-drop one tab, when i click on dynamically added tab to drag-drop its not able to do
