TreeView Datasource change not working as expected

When changing Datasource the TreeView UI does not update correctly.

In the attached repro, there are three groups, only group 2 has an item checked.

If you refresh the page and select group 1 then group 2, you won't see any items checked in group 2.

If you refresh the page and select group 2 first, then you will see the checked item.

It seems like the checked values either not bound correctly or not updating correctly.

Either way, it's not working properly.
