Provide an event for the DashboardLayout component after the panels rendered completely

Currently, we don't have an event to notify that the DashboardLayout panels render completely in the browser. So we need to provide event support after the DashboardLayout panels render completely.


For example, if we have components like grid, schedule, text boxes, the event should trigger once all the components are rendered completely.
