Drag and drop is unreliable on some Mobile browsers

When dragging an item on the board, the highlight box shows up for where I am dragging it to so I release my finger from the screen, but the item stays frozen halfway between the items. I then tap anywhere on the screen and it jumps into place. This happens most of the time on some phones and tablets, seemingly at random.
