Image not inserted when using the "Turkish" language

Issue Description:

The inserted image is not inserted to the RichTextEditor When using the "Turkish" language in the Chrome browser.


 

Reproducible Steps:

  1. Run the sample
  2. Switch the Turkish language in chrome settings.
  3. Insert an image into the Editor.
  4. The image is not inserted.

Current behaviour:

The inserted image is not inserted to the RichTextEditor when using the "Turkish" language in the Chrome browser.

 

Expected behaviour:


The inserted image should be inserted to the RichTextEditor when using the "Turkish" language.
