Support to provide "EnginePopulated" event on drill action

In the pivot table, drill down and drill up action helps to view the bound data in detailed and abstract view respectively. We should provide support for "EnginePopulated" event while performing drill action in the pivot table. Need to consider this for other engine related operations too. Refer the document link below.
