Memory leak issue in Dropdown component

Memory leak issue in Dropdownlist component.

Replication procedure:

1. Run the above sample.

2. Refresh the application 10 times.

3. Download and install the jetbrains from this link.

4. Open the Task manager and go to the details tab.

5. Find the MemLeak.Exe and right click on the file.

6. Create the Dump file using create dump file option.

7. Go to the dump created location.

8. Open the dump file in jetbrains dotmemory.

9. Goto the Types tab.

10. Then search the index word in filter box.

11. You can see the below screenshot.
