ContextMenu position is not correct when browser scrollbar is scolled down

Postion of context menu is wrong in Grid, when external browser scroller is scrolled down a bit.

Replication procedure

1. run the attacehd sample.
2. try to open the context menu in both grid.
3. it will work correctly.
4. Now scroll down to see second grid fully.
5. Now opening the context menu will render in a wrong position.
its top position is calculated wrongly.
