Merged cells border styles are lost or broken when copy into the same sheet or another one

  1. create a table with multiple merged cells 
  2. add border
  3. Image
  4. copy & paste to other area in sheet or other spreadsheet
Expected result : should paste as copied
Actual result : not  getting copied entire table, merge & borders getting broken
