Diagram Treeview Drag and Drop Android IOS Ipad Safari Browser and Google Chrome Issue/Bug

it works fine for desktop; 

however, try in an ipad, there is some issue with expandable and drag and drop; it looks like there is an exception when try in safari in an ipad

using google google chrome in ipad work a little bit, but with some issue

also some issue in galaxy tablet

please try this example in a mobile and see what I am talking about; you may try different mobile device with browser

please let me know if you duplicate the issue and when there is a fix

the issue is the drag and drop/selection in some cases as well as expandable collapse for the node

I couldn't find a way to replay to you, there is no reply from your response, so I added it here.  It works fine in my new ipad mini.  The issue of my older ipad, which is 2020, maybe I need to do a reset or clear my cache.  Since I had it, I nave never reset or clear the cache.  That may have caused the problem.  But in my new ipad mini, it works fine.
