Issue on predecessor validation in predecessor column edit

When setting a dependency, by default the Successor Start Date should be set to the day after the Predecessor Finish Date plus or minus any lead or lag days 

  1. Example without Lead/Lag where successor Start Date is prior to Predecessor Finish Date (Snap Forward)
  2. Example without Lead/Lag where successor Start Date is after Predecessor Finish Date (Snap Backward)
