Support for cell text with multiple rotation angles in a worksheet to image conversion

While converting a worksheet to an image the cell text with rotation angles 90 and -90 degrees is only supported in XlsIO. Dynamic rotation angles are not supported properly. Need to provide support for a worksheet to an image conversion with multiple rotation angles cell texts.
