Dropdown Lists are always flagged as readonly

Hi, as seen in the screenshot below,  the Blazor DropdownList appears to always be flagged as "readonly" which applies CSS that makes the control text appear as if it is not editable.   This happens even if a value is selected.

This issue can be reproduced by visiting the demo page and looking at the dropdownlist control:
