Delete button not working properly

Click an event, select delete, the delete confirmation popup is displayed. Clicking the delete button on the confirmation popup does nothing. It does not fall into OnActionBegin or OnActionComplete. The cancel button etc still works fine, edit is working as expected. If you downgrade the version to 19.1.0.59, the delete process works without issue. 

Find the issue replicating sample from the added attachment.
