Word doc throws error in Word after loading and saving it via DocIO (XML structure invalid)

Hi,
after loading and saving a specific Word document it can't be opened anymore in Word itself. Please check my little sample project. Change tracking is active and a page number has been added to the header beforehand.

After processing the doc via DocIO Word shows an error  message and doesn't open the doc anymore. If I unzip the docx and look into the header3.xml I can see that there is the closing tag for

 <w:hdr> is missing.
