Chart does not resize properly

If the container size is changed, the charts do not automatically resize to fit the dimensions of the parent. (Click on the "Collapse" button in the attached example)

If a chart is refreshed on resizing, the resize does not happen on the first call to Refresh(). It only works on the next call (Click on the "Collapse with refresh" button in the attached example).

  1. What is the correct way of calling refresh?
  2. It would be a fundamentally bad design if the chart containing component has to keep listening to all the events that change the dimension of the container. Please provide a better way of doing it.
