Provide support to expand rows which are not rendered in DOM but present as a child to a collapsed parent row

To expand a nested parent row present as a child to a row which is collapsed and is present in the view. 

For remote data and virtualization:

Since this improvement relies on what data has rendered in DOM and when needing to check for expanding row's parent and index, expanding every single root and parent records, it becomes difficult and complex. So this will have restriction like expanding rows in current page only.
