Exporting is not working properly with LazyLoadGrouping

When LazyLoadGrouping is enabled in Grid, only the Groupcaptions are exported to Excel file without the records. 

Replication procedure. 


  1. run the sample.
  2.  export to excel file. 
  3. only group captions gets exported instead of record.
