Empty popup issue in mutiselect component

When we try to open the popup before the current requested has been completed, then empty popup is shown in the multiselect component. When comparing the same case with dropdownlist component, the popup opened after the request has been completed. We need to change the multiselect behaviour similar to dropdownlist component.
