Insert responsive layout div's as table alternative

Today tables are out of date in some cases because they are not responsive. It would be nice to insert a layout with columns which are responsive.

Example in desktop browser:

|  cell 1  |  cell 2 |  cell 3  |


Example in mobile browser:

|  cell 2  |

|  cell 3  |
