While virtual scroll in dropdown components 'top' parameter get incresed with more number of requests

In dropdown components while using virtual scrolling , more number of requests created with top parameter increasing with 10 indices .

Replication procedure :
1. Run the sample
2.Open network tab and use virtual scroll to load the data

Expectation : Top paramter index should be fixed in same index for every scroll with minimal requests
Output : Top parameter index increases by 10 index for every scroll
