Formula update improvements while insert/delete rows/columns

Need to update the formula while inserting or deleting rows and columns.

1. Run the default sample.

2. Select A4 cell and add formula =SUM(A1:A3).

3. And delete the row 2.


Expected Result: the formula should be updated with SUM(A1:A2)
Actual Result: circular reference: !0!A4
