The entered date value will be modified against the date format in non-US culture

If we provide format for the DateRangePicker component as “yyyy-M-d” then entered value based on this format, the entered value will be interchanged with month and date on focus in / out action.

Replication Procedure:

1. Run the attached sample

2. Enter the value “2021-7-8 - 2021-7-8” and focus out the component.

3. Now open the DateRangePicker popup, we can see the popup have July month.

4. Again focus in the component and focus out the component.

5. Now, open the DateRangePicker popup. We can see the popup have August month.
