AutoComplete inside of Dialog forces the default action on the dialog when using keyboard control to complete


    When AutoComplete control is inside of Dialog, and using keyboard only for navigation, when user selects an item using Enter key, the Dialog completes its default action.
Expected Result:
  1. Using AutoComplete should capture the selection event separately from the Dialog default action.
Actual Result:
  1. AutoComplete completes selection and Dialog completes default action
