RichText Editor: "Source code" view doesn't work when editor is readonly

Hi,

I want to use the source code view in the RichTextEditor in readonly mode too, but this doesn't work - nothing happens.

I attached a simple sample for you to reproduce:

Clicking the "Source Code" toolbar item does nothing. If you switch to readonly=false, it works.
