DateTime error when filtering with culture nl-NL

Hi,

We get an exception when using filtering a datetime with localization nl-NL:
System.FormatException: 'String '15-12-2021 00:00:00' was not recognized as a valid DateTime.'

This is in the latest version (19.2.0.44 and 46). And only with a nullable datetime.
