Provide settings to render more pages in the Virtualization process

Currently, we render contents for only few pages based on the View port size with few buffer (rendered) pages above and below for the optimized use memory in live and improved loading performance. In this virtualization process, when on fast scrolling, the blank (not rendered) pages are visible for a moment. To mitiage this, need to increase the buffer pages count. Considering the performance and memory, the option to be provided for the user to determine the number of buffer pages to render.
