Support to retain zoom while navigating PDF pages in single page view mode

As current behavior, PDF page will be fit to the PDFViewer while navigating in single page mode regardless of the current page zoom. However, we need to implement the support to retaining the zoom while navigating PDF pages in single page view mode.
