Move the signature tool from annotation toolbar to the main toolbar

Adobe has the signature tool button in the main toolbar, which gives a quick access to sign a document. Whereas, the Syncfusion PDF Viewer has the signature tool button in the annotation toolbar. Moving the signature button from the annotation toolbar to the main toolbar for both JS and Blazor platforms will be more user friendly.
