StackedColumnSeries ToolTip formatting

I might just be missing how to implement this. When using stacked column and tool tips, I'd like to be able to click on one of the bars in the column and instead of getting the total of the column to the top of the bar, I'd prefer to be able to make it return the value of only that section of the stacked bar.

In this case, services would return a value around $1050 from what I can estimate visually rather than the $4,108.15 shown here.
