Merging of two documents results in incorrect content in resulting document

Hi,

if I merge a document with a numbered headline:

Empty

into another document with that simple content:

Empty


The resulting document looks like:

Empty


So the "§-1" turned into "Teil A." and 

"§-2" turned into "Teil B."


This code is used:

Empty
