DateTime Picker component not maintained the selected time when changing the month

DateTime Picker component not maintained the selected time when changing the month.

Replication procedure:


1. Select a time for example: 3:00 AM

2. Keep this time and select another day of the same month, the selected time maintained as expected.

3. Navigate to another month using the drill down icon and select a day, the selected time maintained as expected.

4. Actual: Navigate to another month by clicking on the month and select a day, now the selected time reverted and updated with default time (12.00 AM)

5. Expected: The selected time should maintain when navigate to another month.
