The DashboardLayout component is not rendered completely before the OnAfterRender Razor life cycle method

The DashboardLayout Blazor component must be rendered before the OnAfterRender() lifecycle method. Currently, the DashboardLayout component renders after the rendering of the script file. We need to change this flow and render it before the OnAfterRender() lifecycle method.


In this case, the reason can be found below.

Reason: Circular Gauge renders before the Dashboard Layout.
