DatePicker has inconsistent stylings in the disabled state

When in the disabled state, the DatePicker will have a different styling if there is an initial value. In the image below, all three controls are initially set to disabled. The first control also has an initial date value. The second and third control values start as null. Later I assign the third control a date value. The first control has a lighter styling than the other 2 controls.
