Improvement in legend text customization in Maps

Implement the below legend improvements

  • Legend text and title should be displayed in vertical on docking the legend to right 
  • Support to set the legend container size, legend container padding space from the control are
  • Support to adjust the padding space between
      •   legend title and legend bar 
          legend label and legend bar        
          legend title and top of the legend container 
          legend label and bottom of the legend container
